Flu Immunisation Advice

The School Nursing Team will be holding Flu vaccinations for the whole school on Thursday 30th November 2023.

 

Flu Vaccinations will be held in school for all children by the School Nursing Team on Thursday 30th November. This is free from the NHS.

 

Please complete the link to the consent form sent via Parentmail or scan the QR code below to ensure that your child is included in the vaccination programme.

If you decide you do not wish your child to receive the   vaccine against flu, please submit the form and indicate that you do not consent. This will enable the school  nursing team to update your child’s immunisation record.
