We are looking to appoint a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant who shows the determination to make a real difference to all children including those with specific learning needs. Work with groups of children including providing specific support and intervention under the direction of the class teacher

Contribute to evaluation, review and planning discussions with the teacher, SENCO and other members of the support team
Offer a fair and consistent approach to managing individual needs in line with school policies and procedures
Prepare and organise resources
Communicate regularly with parents and with wider agencies
