Applying for a school place in-year
This guidance is for applying for a school place during the academic year 2023/24 and is when a child needs an immediate school place during the school year. An in-year admission is when a child needs an immediate school place during the school year.
There are two main reasons for this. You might be moving house or unhappy with your child’s current school.
You can apply for an in-year place up to four weeks before the place is needed.

Paper copies are available from the school office (please return to us once completed).
We would aim to respond in writing within 10 school days if a place is available.
If you are offered a place we will arrange a start date to suit.
If you are refused a place your child will be added to the waiting list.
